About Lakeland Theatre

Students take a break during a performance at the Bradley Fine Arts Center at Lakeland College

The dramatic wing of the Creative Arts Division-produces two major productions annually, offers classes in theatre arts, and supports the activities of Theatricians — Lakeland's drama club.

Lakeland Theatre offers students of all disciplines opportunities to explore their creative side through acting, music, dance, and all technical aspects of creating the scene.

Students may earn academic credit for any type of production work including performing, painting, making costumes, running sound, constructing scenery, and assistant directing.

Additionally, students may join Lakeland's drama club which puts on an annual student production. Students in the theatre program are often hired to manage events in the Bradley Fine Arts Center.
