Business Administration
Coursework in the Business Administration Division is designed to provide
the student with a broad-based business education appropriate for responsible
managerial positions in business, government and other enterprises.
The infrastructure of the program consists of the concepts
professionally regarded as the "common body of knowledge." The
Lakeland common body or "core" includes study in accounting,
economics, finance, law, management, marketing and quantitative analysis.
It also includes considerations of ethical, societal and cultural dimensions
along with bottom line implications in developing problem solving, decision
making and managerial competence.
