Brian Frink
Dr. Brian Frink, Associate Professor Chemistry and Physics, holds a doctorate from Ohio State University. He began at Lakeland in 1999. Currently, Brian is developing a project-oriented laboratory curriculum to accompany the college's organic chemistry course. The curriculum is especially exciting because it engages students in chemistry as it is generally practiced by professionals. Brian is also overseeing several promising student projects that deal with the computational modeling of chemicals. Students might be interested to know that Brian is an avid traveler. He has visited Belarus, Estonia, Austria, Switzerland, Russia, Germany, and Finland.
