BROAD FIELD SCIENCE
(Grades 6-12)
The broad field science major is designed with future middle-school and high-school teachers in mind. This interdepartmental and interdisciplinary degree gives aspiring science teachers a strong background in all the major scientific fields — from physics to biology, chemistry to geology. With its breadth of study, the major enhances the versatility of its students, preparing them to succeed in any type of science classroom.
