Meg Albrinck
Not only is Meg Albrinck a talented teacher, she is one of the college's leaders. Her classes are filled with engaging discussions that invite all students to discuss, question, and debate as part of their learning process. A member of Lakeland's faculty since 1999, Meg was named the college's Vice President for Academic Affairs and Dean of the College in 2008. She has had extensive involvement in the college's academic program, serving as chair for several academic divisions and committees and overseeing the college's honors program. Her primary research interests focus on British literature, especially the life and works of Virginia Woolf, and culture of the First World War, and she has published and presented extensively on this work. In 2003, she was honored with the Underkofler Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, being outside, and spending time with family.
