Purpose

The Business and Leadership Development Institute (BLDI) was created by Lakeland College in the Fall of 2001 as a new workforce initiative to meet the training and development needs of managers and executives in small- and medium-sized companies.

Successful leaders provide strategic vision and goals, communicate effectively, make the right decisions, manage changing priorities, motivate and coach their employees and manage multiple processes and projects that achieve their financial targets.

Our leadership and management development learning solutions and workshops are designed for executives and managers seeking professional excellence and career success. We can help them become more productive, proficient and confident as they sharpen their leadership skills.
