Heather Heberlein Nets LMC Player of the Week Honors

Lakeland College senior right side hitter Heather Heberlein has been named Lake Michigan Conference volleyball Player of the Week.

The Kiel product tallied 32 kills, four blocks and four digs in three matches last week for the Muskies. In a 3-0 win against Wisconsin Lutheran, Heberlein tallied 12 kills with a .500 hitting percentage - her best outing of the week.

Lakeland (17-12, 11-3 LMC) will close out the LMC regular season with a match at home tonight, Oct. 25, against Dominican, before traveling to MSOE on Thursday, Oct. 27 for the regular season finale. Both matches start at 7:00 p.m.
