1st race of the year with less than a week of training behind us.
Angie Guell is competing in her first cross country meet. Matt and Penny are well ahead of last year’s first race times.

"Today was in interesting race. We had less than a week of training before this race so it gave me a chance to really see Matt and Penny had improved and how Angie would handle her first race. I am very please with the results. We are way ahead of last year which makes me very excited to see where we can go from here.”
