Quote from Coach Helgeson:
”It was fun to watch today’s races. This is one of the few courses that I am able to get to each mile split so it was good to see how everyone ran their races. It seems like everyone is starting to develop a good understanding of how to run their respective race. I am expecting to see everyone make some huge strides forward over the next couple weeks.”
