Greg GonneringThe Lakeland Men's Golf team finished seventh at the Warrior Invitational Golf Tournament held at Evergreen Golf Course in Elkhorn, WI. The Muskies finished with a team score of 359 total strokes.
Leading the way for the Muskies was Greg Gonnering (Freedom, WI), who shot an 84, good enough for a ninth place tie. Simone Vitale (Waukesha, WI) finished 11th with a score of 85. Mike Smolinski (Menasha, WI) recorded a 93, well enough for 30th place finish. Devin Doyle (Ft. Gibson, OK) shot a 97, getting him sole possession of 36th place. Paul Watson, (Delevan, WI) shot a 106, getting him 38th place.
The Muskies will next play at the Lake Michigan Conference Tournament held at Whistling Straits golf course on October 17th & 18th.
