Lakeland College head football coach Jim Zebrowski was recognized at the Wisconsin Football Coaches Association All-State banquet at the Lambeau Field atrium on Sunday afternoon.
The All-State banquet was held to honor the first team All-State high school players in Wisconsin. In addition, several college coaches, including Zebrowski, were recognized for their accomplishments this past season.
Zebrowski was recognized for being named the 2005 Wisconsin Private College Coach of the Year. The third-year head coach led Lakeland to an 8-3 overall record and the college's first-ever NCAA Division III playoff appearance this past fall.
In addition to being named Private College Coach of the Year, Zebrowski also earned his second straight Illini-Badger Football Conference Coach of the Year honor as he guided the Muskies to a perfect 7-0 conference record. It marked the second straight year the Muskies have won the IBFC title.
