Heather HeberleinLakeland College junior right side hitter Heather Heberlein has been named Lake Michigan Conference volleyball Player of the Week.
The Kiel High School product helped the Muskies to a 5-0 record last week, including a 4-0 record in the University of La Verne Invitational in La Verne, Calif. She was named to the eight-player La Verne all-tournament team.
Heberlein averaged 5.1 kills and 1.1 blocks in 16 games. Lakeland (21-9, 12-1 LMC) has already clinched its fourth consecutive LMC title with one match remaining
