Sophomore Devin Doyle has been named men's tennis Player of the Week by the Lake Michigan Conference.
Doyle, from Fort Gibson, Wis., rebounded from a loss to UW-Oshkosh's Matt Predick to grab a hard earned victory over Dominican University's Anwar El-Abaza (6-4, 6-7 (0-7), (11-9)). Doyle also teamed with Andres Araujo to win the No. 3 doubles match against Dan Chun and Joe Segreti, 8-3.
The Muskies, who improved to 3-6 on the season and 1-0 in the LMC yesterday with a win over Marian, are next in action on Wednesday, April 19, when they travel to MSOE.
