Concordia-Wisconsin Men and Women Picked to Win NAC Cross Country Titles

VERONA, Wis. - The Lakeland College men's and women's cross country teams were both slated to finish last in the NAC preseason coaches' polls.  However, the Muskies are hoping to flourish this Fall under the direction of new head coach, Mike Smolinski.

Both Concordia University-Wisconsin teams were selected to win their respective titles.

On the men's side, following Concordia-Wisconsin is Wisconsin Lutheran College with 83 total points, just one shy of CUW's 84. Rockford College is selected third, tallying 80 points in the poll.

Wisconsin Lutheran is also picked second in the women's poll, receiving a first place vote. Following the Falcons and the Warriors are the Spartans of Aurora University in the No. 3 spot.
