White Nabs IBFC Player of the Week Honors

Lakeland College junior wide receiver MacArthur White was named Illini-Badger Football Conference Special Teams Player of the Week after a stellar performance in action last Saturday.

The Zion, Ill., native returned two kick-offs for 112 yards, including one for an 89-yard touchdown run in the Muskies' 28-13 victory over Greenville on September 23.

White and his Lakeland (1-2, 1-0 IBFC) teammates host Benedictine in IBFC action on Saturday at 1 p.m. at Taylor Field.
