The women's volleyball team (13-8, 7-3 NAC) fought all the way through a grueling five-game conference match with Benedictine to tally a homecoming victory, 3-2 (30-24, 24-30, 30-20, 19-30, 15-13) on Saturday.
"The positive thing is we won," said head coach Chad Schreiber. "Benedictine is a very good team that is worthy of being a first place team in the conference and we feel very fortunate to have beaten them."
