SHEBOYGAN, Wis.—Two Lakeland College women's tennis players have been named to the All-Northern Athletics Conference team, the conference announced Thursday.
Junior Nicole Shavlik (Two Rivers, Wis.) earned All-NAC Singles after advancing to the quarterfinals in the conference tournament on Oct. 3 in Madison, Wis. Shavlik advanced to the quarterfinals after defeating Benedictine University's Ewelina Stachulak, 7-5, 6-1, in the first round and Rockford College's Alyssa Filmore, 7-5, 6-1, in the round of 16.
Freshman Catie Campion (Sheboygan, Wis.) was named to the NAC All-Sportsmanship team. Campion was defeated in the first round of the Flight B singles by Edgewood College's Kristen Boone, 8-2.
