The Lakeland College men's volleyball team will be traveling to Oshkosh, Wis., to take part in the 2011 Wisconsin Volleyball Conference State Championships this weekend, April 1-2.
The Muskies begin pool play on Friday at 6 p.m. against UW-Platteville, followed by a rematch against host UW-Oshkosh at 7:30 p.m. The Muskies conclude pool play on Saturday with a 9:30 a.m. match against Marquette.
The men's varsity playoff begins Saturday with two quarterfinal matches at 10:45 a.m. and the other two matches to follow at 11:45 a.m. The consolation semi-finals will take place at 12:45 p.m. followed by the championship semi-finals at 1:45 p.m. Also at 1:45 p.m. will be the men's consolation championship. The varsity men's state championship will take place at 5 p.m.
