The Lakeland College men's volleyball team defeated #8 UC-San Diego on Thursday at the NCVF Championships, 2-1 (25-9, 12-25, 15-12).
Sophomore outside hitter Dane Maier (Middleton, Wis.) led the Muskies with 10 kills, two blocks, and four digs. Senior setter Chris Kubacki (Vernon Hills, Ill.) had 17 assists.
