In the second half the Regents did their best to fight back, taking their only lead of the game, 48-47, seven minutes into the half. However, Lakeland would continue its solid play inside and were able to hit free throws down the stretch to secure the victory.
For the game the Muskies shot 44.1 percent (30-for-68) from the field, 25 percent (5-for-20) from behind the arc and 19-for-19 from the free throw line.
