Men's Soccer fall to Augustana 2-1

The Lakeland Muskies soccer team fell to Augustana College 2-1 on Saturday afternoon. In the 69th minute Brad Becker scored with the help of Colin Nolan to give Augustana the lead 2-1.

Augustana wasted little time getting on the board after a shot by Nick Cosentino made it past senior goaltender Joe Silverberg just 6 minutes and 44 seconds into the contest..

With ten minutes left to go in the first half junior forward Scott Kress scored on a penalty kick to tie the game at 1-1.

The Muskies will be back in action on Sunday afternoon when they take on the St. John's University (Minn.) Johnnies at Muskie Fields located on the Lakeland campus
