Lakeland Men Dominated by tough St. Norbert squad

The Lakeland College men’s soccer team was defeated by the St. Norbert Knights in a physical and defenseless 5-1 loss. The Muskies lone goal came off of a Zach Buchman (Waterford) header goal from a David Radder (Kiel) set piece in the 82^nd minute.

St. Norbert would get on the board early as Peter Bernardy drove in a corner kick in the games 6^th minute. The Knights would add goals in the 38^th and 43^rd minute to make it 3-0 heading into the intermission.

Bernardy added a goal in the 70^th minute to make it 4-0. The Knights would tally again in the 80^th minute before Buchman notched Lakeland’s only goal.

The Muskie men will be back in action Friday, September 24^th at 8 pm when they face Carthage at Horace Mann field in Sheboygan.
