The Lakeland College women's volleyball team returns to action this week with one Northern Athletics Conference match during Homecoming week.

The Muskies (6-17, 3-5 NAC) host Edgewood College on Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 7 p.m. This match is the first home athletic contest of Homecoming week.

Lakeland is coming off a 1-2 mark in last week's play. The Muskies got off to a solid start, beating Maranatha Baptist Bible College on Tuesday night; however, they couldn't put together back-to-back wins, falling to Dominican on Friday. On Saturday, on short rest, the Muskies lost another NAC contest, this one to Concordia University Chicago.

Sophomore middle hitter Amanda Dillman (Sheboygan, Wis.) led the team with 33 kills, and was second on the week with five service aces and eight blocks.
