This Week in Women's Soccer

The Lakeland College women's soccer team wraps up its 2011 season with one last home game this week.

The Muskies (5-13, 4-7 NAC) are coming off a 1-2 record in last week's play. The team lost a pair of games early last week with a 6-0 non-conference loss to North Central College on Oct. 17 and a 5-0 setback to the Milwaukee School of Engineering on Oct. 18. Lakeland recorded a 1-0 win over Wisconsin Lutheran College on Oct. 22. Senior Dana Schmidt scored in the 60th minute on an assist from senior Kristi Borts to lead the Muskies on senior day.

Lakeland hosts Edgewood College on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. in the team's last contest of the season.
