This week, the Lakeland College men's volleyball team hosts a Wisconsin Volleyball Conference foe, the University of Wisconsin - Stout, in a doubleheader on Saturday, Feb. 25, beginning at 11 a.m.

Last week, the Muskies (8-11, 2-4 WVC) showed promise at the Hoosier-Illini Classic, losing in the semifinals of the silver bracket.

On Saturday, day one of the Hoosier-Illini Classic, Lakeland went 2-2, defeating Michigan State and the University of Florida in two games each, while losing to Penn State University in three and Ohio Northern University in two games.

The Muskies showed they belonged in the tough field on day two, defeating Adrian College and Northern Illinois University in two games each, before suffering their semifinal loss to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in three games, 2-1 (29-27, 24-26, 13-15).
