This week in track and field

This week, the Lakeland College track and field team will travel to De Pere, Wis., to compete in the St. Norbert College Invitational on Saturday, April 21.

The Muskies will be looking to further improve on their personal records set last week at the Wisconsin Lutheran College Invitational, which saw the men place seventh with 37 points, while the women scored eight.

Lakeland confidently approaches this weekend, and the team believes it has the athletes to do well. The Muskies will need another solid week from Dylan Grimsrud as well as improvements in the sprint events.

The events on Saturday begin at 9 a.m.
