Daus is Muskie of the Week after career high on Senior Night

Lakeland College women's volleyball outside hitter Taylor Daus (Sr.-Green Bay, Wis.) is this week's Muskie of the Week award winner.

Daus receives the honor after recording a career high 22 kills last week on her Senior Night, leading Lakeland to a four-set win over Milwaukee School of Engineering. She also added double-digit kills in wins over Marian University and Rockford (Ill.) College as the Muskies finished the regular season with three straight wins.

The lone senior on this year's team, Daus has led Lakeland to an 18-9 overall mark, including a 7-5 record in the Northern Athletics Conference. The 18 wins doubles the team's win total from last year and is one more than the Muskies' combined wins from the last two seasons. Daus leads the Muskies in kills this season with 239 and is also second on the squad in service aces (32) and third in digs (228). She is the lone senior on this year's team and is the first double-winner of the Muskie of the Week award this school year.
