Muskies Finish Season With Second Place Finish at LMC Tournament

The Lakeland Muskies took second place in the Lake Michigan Conference golf tournament on Monday, October 3rd. Freshman standout Kelly Broeren once again led the Muskies with a 224 over the two-day tournament.

Senior Monica Hetzel finished with a 256 and the other top finisher for Lakeland, sophomore Nolanie Nellessen, carded a 269 in the final event of the fall. Sophomore Jessica Carter rounded out the Lakeland lineup with a 302.

The Muskies finished in second four times, while finishing first and third once on the year.
