Nickel captures the award for the second straight week as he had two more outstanding performances. In an 11-point win over Maranatha, Nickel was 3 rebounds shy of a triple-double as he scored 15 points and dished out 10 assists to go along with the 7 rebounds. Later in the week versus MSOE, he had a career high scoring 36 points on 12-23 shooting (52%), including 6-11
(55%) from beyond the arc, and a perfect 6-6 from the free-throw line. His averages for the week were 25.5 ppg, 7.5 apg, 5.0 rpg, 2.0 spg, and 1.5 bpg. The Muskies improved to 4-2 in the LMC (3rd), and 9-9 overall.
