ALL-STATE FORWARD OPICHKA COMMITS TO LAKELAND COLLEGE

Tyler Opichka, a forward from Green Bay has committed to play soccer at Lakeland College next season. Opichka capped an outstanding prep career at Pulaski High School with a stellar senior season in which he scored 30 goals and dished off 14 assists. For his efforts, Tyler was selected 1st Team All-Conference, 1st Team All-Area, and 2nd Team All-State.

Opichka was the team captain, team MVP, Conference Player of the Year, and Green Bay Metro Player of the Year during his senior season. He was also selected by the Wisconsin Soccer Coach's Association to play in the 12th annual Wisconsin All Star Senior High School game.

"Tyler is one of the top high school forwards in the area and is going to have a big impact on our program at Lakeland during his career," said head coach Marc Colwell.
