Summer Camps

Girls 3-8 Grade
During the 2008-09 Academic Year

SCHEDULE:

Individual Camp (Grades 3-8) $100

June 13-15

Schedule:

June 13- 4-8 p.m. (Registration 4-4:30 p.m.)

June 14- 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

June 15- 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

 

Team Camp (Grades 5-8) $400 per team

June 6-8

Schedule:

June 6- 4:30-8 p.m. (Registration 3:45-4:30 p.m.)

June 7- All Day

June 8- 12 p.m.-4 p.m.

Todd Wehr Center, Lakeland College

Individual Camp Features:

The goal of the Lakeland Women's Basketball Camp is to help develop well-rounded, complete basketball players. Coach Johnson and her staff believe in teaching players the fundamentals of the game along with the proper attitude and work ethic needed to be successful. Our philosophy stresses teamwork, effort and sportsmanship. It is our belief that these ingredients help young people to achieve success not only on the court, but also with family, school and life.

The basketball camp is directed and planned by Coach Johnson and her assistants. The staff consisting of players and coaches works with each camper individually to improve and expand on her abilities.

Team Camp Features:

The goal of this camp is to allow your team to play together against competitive opponents. It is a great way to start building team unity and team chemistry along with working on the offensive and defensive fundamentals of the game.

Individual Attention

Instruction from Lakeland Women's Basketball players and coaches

Individual Competitions

Each camper receives an official camp shirt

Each camper receives a camp basketball

IMPORTANT DETAILS:

-All Meals are included in both camps

-Parents are responsible for transporting of their child to and from Lakeland College.

-Due date for team camp registrations is May 5, 2008.

-Due date for individual camp registrations is May 12, 2008.

-We will not be able to refund any money for cancellations after the above registration deadlines. (Consideration will be given for extreme situations)

-Please make checks payable to Lakeland College.
