<p><b><font color="#006699">Appleton West's Laura Engel To Play Soccer At Lakeland 
  College</font><br>
  May 11, 2004</b><br>
  Sheboygan, Wis. - Lakeland College women's soccer coach Marc Colwell announced 
  that Laura Engel from Appleton, WI (Appleton West HS) will play soccer for Lakeland 
  next season. </p>
<p>Engel joins a Lakeland Women's soccer team that won their second consecutive 
  Lake Michigan Conference Championship and qualified for their first-ever NCAA 
  Tournament last season.</p>
<p>Engel, a team captain, is a four year varsity starter at defense for Appleton 
  West, coached by Craig Tetzlaff. </p>
<p>&quot;Laura has the ability to come in and win a spot in the back this fall. 
  She is a good one on one defender that can also link up with the midfield and 
  get forward,&quot; Colwell said. <br>
