<p><b><font color="006699">Muskies Compete At UW Steven's Point Open</font><br>
  Nov. 8, 2003</b><br>
  The Lakeland College Wrestling Team competed at the UW-Stevens-Point open on 
  Saturday. The results are listed below. Lakeland's next match is November 20th 
  at UW-Platteville.</p>
<p>125 lbs - Scott Toledo went 2-2 on the day.</p>
<p>133 lbs - Noe DeLeon went 2-3 placing 6th on the day. He lost to Blake Tomczak 
  of Waubonsee College 16-7 in the final match.</p>
<p>157 lbs - Sonny Martinez went 0-2</p>
<p>165 lbs - Trevor Berndt went 4-1. He lost his opening match 7-5 in overtime 
  before going on to win four straight via 3 pins and one technical fall over 
  John Parkhurst of Augustana (won 19-3) in his third place match.</p>
<p>174 lbs - Tim Vallier went 2-2 Placing 4th place on the day. Both of his losses 
  came to Pete Miller of Mankato State (Last years National Runner-up.)</p>
<p>184 lbs - lLee Sparks went 1-2 on the day.</p>
<p>HWT. - Mark VandenHoogen went 3-1 one on the day placing third overall. His 
  three wins came via pin. He finished off the day with a pin over Noah Amba of 
  Waldorf college in 5:10 of the third period. <br>
