Tickets and Seating
All guests who wish to attend either live commencement ceremony in the Wehr Center Fieldhouse must have a ticket to be admitted. Honor marshals will be taking tickets at the door.
Each participating graduate can request up to four tickets by using the form below. Seating is located on the main floor, immediately behind the graduates, and in the bleachers. Your standard four tickets will be packaged with your cap and gown.
If you need extra tickets, you're welcome to ask your fellow graduates if they have any extras. After April 14, if extra tickets remain, graduates can request additional tickets by contacting Mary Jo Jetzer at or 920-565-1021 ext. 2121. Your extra tickets will be available under your name on May 3 in the Wehr Center beginning at 8:30 a.m. for the graduate ceremony and at noon for the undergraduate ceremony. If the college has extra tickets remaining after May 1, they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on May 3 in the Wehr Center lobby beginning at 8:30 a.m. for the graduate ceremony and at noon for the undergraduate ceremony.
If you have extra tickets, you can give them to another student who needs extras. Students at the main campus are asked to return extra tickets to Mary Jo Jetzer in the Laun Center, office 214. Students at the centers are asked to return extra tickets to your center.
The commencement ceremony will be broadcast live on a big screen in the Woltzen Gymnasium in the Wehr Center. Tickets will not be required for entry into the Woltzen Gym. Guests who do not have a ticket will be directed to watch the ceremony in the Woltzen Gym. Guests who have small children in a stroller or car seat should watch the ceremony in the Woltzen Gym.
