Tickets and Seating
All guests who wish to attend the live commencement ceremony in the Wehr Center Fieldhouse must have a ticket to be admitted. Honor marshals will be taking tickets at the door.
Each participating graduate will receive tickets in their cap & gown package. Seating is located on the main floor, immediately behind the graduates, and in the bleachers. The bleacher seats offer the best view of the ceremony.
If you have extra tickets, you can give them to another student who needs extras, return your extras to Debra Fale at the Nash Center on the main campus or return them to your center.
If you need extra tickets, you're welcome to ask your fellow graduates if they have any extras. In the event that extra tickets remain, graduates can obtain up to six additional tickets by contacting Debra Fale at after April 14. Please include the address where you would like the extra tickets mailed.
If extra tickets remain after May 3, they will be available on a first-come, first-served basis on May 4 at the Wehr Center beginning at noon.
The commencement ceremony will be broadcast live on a big screen in the Woltzen Gymnasium in the Wehr Center. Tickets will not be required for entry into the Woltzen Gym. Guests who do not have a ticket will be directed to watch the ceremony in the Woltzen Gym. Guests who have small children in a stroller or car seat should watch the ceremony in the Woltzen Gym.
The Wehr Center will be open at 12 p.m. Please encourage your guests to be seated by 1:45 p.m.
