Nursing is one of the fastest-growing careers right now. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics projects there will be more than 710,000 new jobs in the nursing sector by 2020.
So why are there so many waiting lists to get into a nursing program?
At Lakeland College, we believe that doesn’t make any sense, which is why we have partnered with the Columbia College of Nursing to create a nursing program you can get into now and finish in four years.
That means no waiting lists!
In the program you will take two years of liberal arts core courses at Lakeland College. Excel through these classes and you will continue in the accredited, clinically intensive program at Columbia College of Nursing – Wisconsin’s oldest nursing college that is the only nursing program in Milwaukee with a hospital affiliation.
So, while everyone else is on a waiting list (that could delay them up to three years), you’ll be on your way to a rewarding career.
