It was this thick, wet stuff that literally dripped water when one would shovel it. Then the snow turned into freezing rain, then regular rain, then freezing rain. Then regular rain some more. By Saturday morning, the sun had warmed everything to the point that the roads were fairly free of ice. A good thing...
