Summer Midterm Dates/Proctoring/Important Dates to Remember

Chippewa Valley Center

As you plan classes and your vacation for summer, keep midterm week and our proctoring schedule in mind. Midterms are scheduled for Tuesday, June 30, through Monday, July 6. Our office will offer proctoring on Wednesday, July 1, during three different sessions - Session 1. 10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.; Session 2. 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Session 3. 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. You will need to arrive 15 minutes before the session to complete the required paperwork. This is the only day and sessions we will be offering. If you are not able to make it during these times, you will need to find a different, suitable proctor.

April 1        Join us for our 30th Anniversary Celebration!
                   Wednesday, April 1, 2009, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm

April 6-10   Last week of spring classes

April 10      Office closes at noon

April 18      Book buyback/sale at our center 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.

May 1-3      Graduation celebration at main campus

May 25       Office closed

May 26       Summer classes begin
