Two take on new roles in Lakeland's Kellett School of Adult Education

Lakeland College has made two hires in its Kellett School of Adult Education.

Mike Sitte has been named the college's first senior director of instructional design. The position will focus on issues related to using technology in instruction, including assessment, andragogy, deployment methods and integration strategies, as well as monitoring current and cutting-edge technology-mediated learning. Sitte will be based at Lakeland's main campus in Sheboygan County.

Sitte previously worked as director of Lakeland's Milwaukee Center and associate director of the college's Fox Cities Center. He has an associate of applied science in electronics from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, a bachelor of science in management from the University of Phoenix, a master of arts in counseling with a focus on higher education from Lakeland and he is pursuing his doctoral studies in leadership for the advancement of learning and service in higher education from Cardinal Stritch University.

Cindy Thill is returning to the Kellett School as academic advisor for the Sheboygan Center. She currently serves as the administrative assistant to the office of the vice president for academic affairs and dean of the college, but previously served in support roles in the Kellett School.

She has a bachelor of science in psychology from Louisiana State University, and a master of arts in counseling with a focus on higher education from Lakeland.
