Lakeland College's Kellett School of Adult Education seeks to provide for all students an environment that is conducive to personal growth, academic endeavor, individual responsibility, and respect for the rights and privileges of others. To implement regulations, the Kellett School relies primarily on each student's personal sense, honor, humanity, and responsibility.

Believing that intellectual and personal development are fostered by an atmosphere which stresses responsibility to oneself and others, the Kellett School is committed to upholding the attributes of integrity, human dignity, and concern for others.
