You've experienced the value of taking classes at Lakeland College's Kellett School of Adult Education. And now we hope you'll help us spread the good word about our program.

Through your experience, you've shown that even busy people can pursue their degree and make good things happen for themselves at Lakeland College. Why not share your story with a friend, neighbor, co-worker or relative and encourage them to take this same important step? In appreciation for your efforts, if they register for a course, we'll send you a $100 gas card.

Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility
  • A referral gift is awarded when a degree-seeking person a) enrolls for the first time in Lakeland College's Kellett School of Adult Education as a result of a referral made by a current student, an alumnus or a friend of the college, and b) is enrolled as a student after the 50% refund, class-drop date.
  • Referrals must be a) submitted using the attached form, or submitted via the referral form found at Lakeland.edu/referrals, and b) postmarked/submitted before the first day of classes for the semester in which the student first enrolls.
  • Only one prospective student name should be submitted per form. Additional forms can be obtained by calling 920-565-1424. Or go to Lakeland.edu/referrals to make additional referrals.
  • Referrals must be received before the prospective student registers.
  • All referrals must include the full name, mailing address, telephone number and valid email address for the prospective student and the person making the referral.
  • Employees of Lakeland College and its educational partners are not eligible to participate in this program.
Awards
  • Awards are limited to $100 in value and one per academic year per referring individual.
  • Awards will be sent directly to the qualifying referrer after the prospective student has enrolled and remained a student beyond the 50% refund, class-drop date.
  • $100 gift card awards can only be redeemed for gasoline.
  • Participants may not make any substitutions, including cash, for gifts earned in this program.
General
  • Referral forms for prospective students will be kept for 24 months from the date of referral and dropped from consideration if enrollment in a class does not occur in that period.
  • If multiple referrals are received for the same prospective student, only the first referral received will be considered for the incentive gift.
  • Lakeland College reserves the right to amend or cancel any or all of the Referral Incentive Program at any time without notice.
  • Lakeland College reserves the right to interpret the rules of the program in any of their applications.
  • Decisions on program rules and participant eligibility are made solely by Lakeland College. All decisions are final and binding.
