Lakeland's Alumni College has something for everyone

Lakeland College will host its second annual Alumni College, a day of fun-filled educational offerings that are free and open to the public, on April 19 from 8:15 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

Lakeland faculty, alumni and other friends of the college will offer a day of diverse courses sure to engage a wide range of interests - a day of learning simply for the sake of learning.

Concerned about global warming or the presidential election? Looking ahead to retirement? Ever tried yoga or swing dance? What about drawing a self-portrait or molding chocolate? These topics and more await members of the community during a day that's meant to inspire, develop skills and interests or just provide an opportunity to try something new. Classes are free, and lunch will be provided.
