Tough Off-Season
Posted on 9/18/2006 6:39:59 PM
Man, I thought the off-season was the time to take it easy on you r body and maybe stay conditioned. Well, this year is different; with the addition of our new assistant coach (Steve Sommer, from Ohio St.) we have been pushed and expected of more this off-season. My wieght has been a roller coaster from 123-130, gaining and losing. We have been hitting the wieghts really hard and running just as hard. The captians are pushing us as hard as ever too, as well as some uderclassmen taking charge. We are a new revibed and excited team. Classes are going ok, I did well on my first 2 quizes in humanities but bombed the next one (luckily he drops one so i just have to do well on the rest of them). My other classes have been test and quiz free so I am good...Good Luck to all the fall sports...
