Biography:

John was a highly decorated offensive lineman. In 1988, he was named first team All-Conference and offensive player of the year.  In1989, he received the Pat Curran Academic Award, was selected to the College Football Preview All-American Team, was named first team All-Conference and was selected as a team captain. He was also an NAIA Division II Honorable Mention All-America.
