Lakeland cruises past Red Raiders

Senior Sara Langenhorst scored a game-high 25 points on Senior Night to lead Lakeland past Milwaukee School of Engineering, 68-53, on Tuesday evening.
After MSOE scored the first four points of the game, Lakeland 29-2 run that put the game far out of reach for the Raiders, who shot only 16 percent from the floor in the first half.
Danielle Duranceau scored a season-high 10 points, and Renee Steinert scored nine points and grabbed 11 boards in the conference win.
Catherine Chappell and Emily Jungbluth each scored 14 points for MSOE.
The Muskies are now 9-3 in the Lake Michigan Conference and 15-8 overall. They travel to Maranatha Baptist on Saturday to face the Crusaders in a 1:00 p.m. game.
