Muhs Records Personal Best in NAC Championship Meet

Lakeland's lone men's cross country runner, Michael Muhs, posted a personal-best time of 34:23 in the Northern Athletics Conference Championship meet to close out the season.

The junior finished in 46th place out of 56 runners in the eight kilometer event.
