Muskies fall in non-conference game

The Lakeland women's soccer team lost 6-0 to Calumet College in a non-conference game Sunday afternoon.

The Muskies held the Crimson Wave to two goals at half, but Calumet was able to find the back of the net four more times.

"I thought the girls played hard and made a good effort," said head coach Tony Pierce.

Freshman goalkeeper Ashley Sarbacker (Middleton, Wis) had four saves.

The Muskies return to action Wednesday, Sept. 15 in a home game against Marian University. Start time is 4:30 p.m.
