The Lakeland College men's volleyball team lost its first match at the NCVF Championships to UC-Berkley 2-0 (33-35, 22-25).
Sophomore outside hitter Dane Maier (Middleton, Wis.) led the Muskies at the net with 10 kills. Senior setter Chris Kubacki (Vernon Hills, Ill.) led the Muskies with 24 assists and junior libero Andrew Cheever (Milwaukee, Wis.) led Lakeland with 11 digs.
