The Lakeland College women's volleyball team beat visiting Aurora University on Friday night.

The Muskies (5-14, 2-2 NAC) got their second conference win and will look to gain momentum from their 3-1 (25-23, 19-25, 25-17, 25-23) victory.

The Muskies were led by sophomore middle hitter Amanda Dillman (Sheboygan, Wis.) who had a game-high 17 kills and five blocks. Sophomore setter Brittany Reindel (Kenosha, Wis.) had a bounce-back performance, recording 38 assists; while sophomore libero Tess Myklebust (Wisconsin Dells, Wis.) added a game-high 16 digs.

"We played really hard tonight," said Lakeland head coach Jon Staabs. "Our back row hustled to get to every ball, made some nice passes and Brittany did an excellent job setting tonight. It was an all-around team win."

Lakeland has a short turn around as they host NAC foe Benedictine University tomorrow at 11 a.m.
