Sheahan homers to lead Muskies in split day

Senior Leah Sheahan hit a three-run homerun to lead the Lakeland College softball team to a 9-7 win over Dickinson College at the Tucson Invitational in Tucson, Ariz.

The Muskies improve to 2-3 after dropping a 9-1 decision to the University of Dubuque earlier today.
 

Junior Erin Henk earned her second victory of the season after posting a solid pitching performance on the mound.

Lakeland returns to action tomorrow as they play Sul Ross State in game six of the Tucson Invitational. First pitch is slated for 1 p.m. CST.
