Women's Golf Places Second

Less than a week after taking second place behind the Edgewood Eagles the women's golf team once again finished in second trailing only the Eagles at the Wisconsin Lutheran Golf Invitational. The Muskies team scored a 484 on the tournament.

Freshman Kelly Broeren led the Muskies shooting 104, while fellow teammate senior Monica Hetzel finished with a 115. Other scores for the Muskies were sophomore Nolanie Nellessen 139, sophomore Jenelle Zito 126 and sophomore Jessica Carter with a 165.

The Muskies will travel to Port Washington for a contest on Wednesday, Sept. 21, before hosting a tournament on Sept. 27 at Quit Qui Oc.
